Shipping

After ordering, please allow up to a week to create the item (bulk items may vary). Many items are in stock and ready to ship. Once ready to ship out, ground shipping will take roughly around 3-5 business days for arrival. It is possible, if you need the item sooner, for express shipping costs or an estimated shipping time. Contact us for more information.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are in any way unsatisfied with the order, contact us and we will do our best to fix the order. This being said, size descriptions and charts are available and we cannot afford to exchange items because everything is made to order.

Cancelations must be made within 8 hours of purchase and will be charged 10% to cancel.

*****FOR CUSTOM ORDERS: Proofs are sent to those who purchase custom orders to ensure that it is what you expected. Once a proof is sent, you have 24 hours to accept it or make changes to your original requests. After 24 hours, the proof will automatically be accepted and we will start with production.*****

We specialize in custom orders. If you are interested in a color, size, or item that is not listed, message us, and we will do our best to make it happen.
